Gem Mint Triple Booster

I ordered the triple booster gem box that was SUPPOSED to have 3 unopened booster packs. We'll I just received the gem Mint clear box with nothing in it. I've sent an email about this to the company but no response and no fixing their screw ups or giving me a refund. I just have this thick clear box with 3 empty slots in it.
