Was told my items where delivered and how was the product..... didn’t receive anything as expected.
Thank you for your continued support with our brand. We apologize if you received email stating that your order has been delivered. I am not showing this in our UPS partner system but instead a delivery date of Tuesday, 3/23 (still in transit).
We truly value our GemFamily's customer experience and want to make sure you feel good with your purchase from us.
We will look into if there's a system bug where the wrong email is being generated (sending delivery vs still in transit).

If you submit cards to any grading service, you are aware that these are 100% necessary. These are just as great as the competition(Card Saver 2), same exact size and rigidity! The only difference I found was the branding ;)
